Equine Therapy
Promoting balance, social skills, patience, and more
Equine therapy, also known as equine-assisted therapy, is a form of therapy that involves interaction with horses to promote emotional growth and healing. Our equine therapy sessions are one hour long, private pay, and include a range of activities, such as grooming, leading, games on and off horseback and riding. These activities can help improve balance, coordination, and sensory integration, while also promoting confidence and trust-building. Additionally, the horse’s natural ability to read and respond to human emotions can help individuals develop self-awareness, improve communication skills, and develop healthy relationships.

“Horses have a way of communicating with us that helps us develop skills we may not even realize we need.” -EAGLA
